1. Depression

A silent sinking into the self

The sun still rises, yet not for me,

Its golden touch feels cold as sea.

A hollow chest, a fading spark,

I walk the world, but dwell in dark.

2. Anxiety Disorder

The storm that never rests

My thoughts are thunder, sharp and loud,

A lightning trapped within a cloud.

No danger near, yet fear takes hold,

A restless heart I cannot mold.

3. Bipolar Disorder

Between the heavens and the abyss

One day I soar on painted skies,

With blazing dreams and endless highs.

Next day I fall where shadows creep,

A broken soul too tired to weep.

4. Schizophrenia

Reality fractured into echoes

Voices bloom where silence grew,

A world unseen, yet feels so true.

Mirrors crack what once was whole,

Reflections lost inside my soul.

5. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

The prison of repetition

Again, again, the ritual calls,

Invisible chains, unyielding walls.

I wash, I check, I count, I plead,

A mind enslaved to silent need.

6. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

The past that refuses to stay buried

The war is done, yet still I fight,

In dreams that haunt me every night.

A memory sharp as shattered glass,

That cuts each time the moments pass.

7. Eating Disorders

A battle between body and self

The mirror speaks in twisted lies,

Reflecting pain behind my eyes.

A war with hunger, flesh, and fear,

A fading self I can’t hold near.

8. Personality Disorders

Identity in conflict

Who am I within this skin?

A shifting mask, a war within.

I build, I break, I lose, I mend,

A stranger I cannot befriend.
